1. DELIVERY

Our products are delivered all over Bulgaria via Speedy or Econt courier companies.

1.1. Once you place an online order, you will be notified by email that it has been successfully received.

1.2. If you are a new client in our database, we will phone you to confirm the order. In all other cases, there will be no follow-up phone calls and your products will be sent directly.

2. TERMS OF DELIVERY

2.1. Products will be delivered within 3-7 working days. Speedy or Econt will send you an SMS when your products will be delivered.

2.2. Orders placed:

- at the weekend or on a public holiday, will be processed on the first working day thereafter. - after 4:00 p.m. on weekdays will be processed on the following day.

3. PAYMENT

3.1. CASH ON DELIVERY

Payment is due upon delivery of the products. It includes the product price and the delivery charge.

Free of charge delivery for orders of BGN 60 and above.

4. REFUND TERMS

4.1. REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Return of products is possible within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase.

It is mandatory that you keep the cash receipt and all the payment documents related to the purchase. Products must be in their original packaging, they must not be damaged, opened and/or used.

Please contact us for more information on product return. Please note that while products are subject to refund, any subsequent courier costs in connection with the return will be at Client’s cost. In case you send the products without having paid the courier charge, they will not be accepted. We will refund the price of your returned products (cash on delivery) but not the courier charge.

Products are refundable within 14 (fourteen) days after the date on which the returned products have been received.

These terms and conditions may be modified and amended pursuant to changes of the Bulgarian legislation.
